Patrols

Patrols are conducted on Bulcock Beach, Caloundra.

Bulcock Beach is located just inside the Caloundra Bar and is a favoured spot for families and the elderly; additionally, groups often attend the beach (School groups and groups of people with special needs).

The Beach is a white sand beach with little white water (surf).  The bathing reserve, and hence patrol area, is about 150m in length; however the area of responsibility of the club is much greater than the patrol area.

The club monitors swimmers in and around beaches from the groin at the southern end of Kings Beach to the most southern point of Golden Beach, Caloundra.  This is the largest stretch of responsibility in the southern Sunshine coast area.
