End of season Senior Awards Dinner

Our end of season Senior Awards Dinner was held at Alfie's on the Beach on the Esplanade, Caloundra on 27th May 2006. Specially invited guests included: Hon Mark McArdle, our Patron and local Member of State Parliament; Mr Tim Dwyer, our local Councillor; Mr Rob Hyde, Worshipful Master of Northgate Remembrance Freemasons' Lodge and Mr Ian Grant, the LifeSavers' Chaplain.

Mr Rob Hyde presented the Club with a cheque for $6,000 being a generous donation from the Freemasons for the purchase of a boat and motor. Prizes were awarded to members for their community service by our guests. All present enjoyed the evening and the tasty meal served by Alfie's helpful staff.
