Terms and Conditions For the purposes of this Internet Site, the Club means Ithaca - Caloundra City Life Saving Club Inc ("the Club") and if appropriate its members including Registered Trainers, Course Participants, Members and Affiliates (including the members of Affiliates). The "Internet Site" means the internet pages (including any sub-pages and any smart phone application which may be operated by the Club) viewable from the following home page URL (or a link from such source): http://www.caloundracity.asn.au/ (The Public Site). By accessing or using the Clubs Internet Site you agree to the Terms of Use of our Internet Site as set out on this page. The Club Internet Sites (http://www.caloundracity.asn.au/) are for the use of residents of Australia for personal use only, and may not be used for any other purpose or by any other party without express permission of the Club. Any part of the Internet Site that is accessible by password (referred to as the Members Area) is for the use of current Members of the Club, and may not be used by any other party without express permission of the Club. Authorised users may print off one copy of any or all of the pages of the Internet Site for your own personal use. Website Privacy Policy The Clubs Internet Site is operated in compliance with the Privacy Act 1998 (Commonwealth). Any information you submit through the Inernet Site will be dealt with in accordance with the ten National Privacy Principles set out in that Act. The information that we will collect about you will depend on how you use the facilities offered by the Clubs Internet Site. If you visit the Clubs Internet Site and register, enter competitions or ask for any information about the Club to be sent to you, our system will record the details you submit and will only use the information you have provided for the purposes for which the information was provided to us. Jurisdiction These terms and conditions are governed by and to be interpreted in accordance with the laws in force in the State of Queensland, Australia and in the event of any dispute arising in relation to these terms and conditions or any dispute arising in relation to the Internet Site whether in contract or tort or otherwise the Courts of Queensland and any Courts competent to hear appeals therefrom will have non-exclusive jurisdiction over such dispute.
